About Perez Print Productions

After 30 years of experience in various facets of publishing, business, and raising a family, Susan Perez launched Perez Print Productions in January 2006. Upon receiving a BA in Journalism, Susan began her career in New York City, where she worked in public relations for a Bible publishing firm and then as an editor for two youth magazines. As she raised her seven children in northeast Pennsylvania, she freelanced as a copywriter, copy editor, and proofreader. She co-owned and published a local newsletter for several years and also operated a successful home business for ten years. More recently, she was the production manager for a small book publisher, where she learned the necessary skills of producing quality books while keeping budget costs low and maintaining effective schedules.

Susan’s ability to organize and manage is further enhanced by a staff of over a dozen professional and experienced freelancers who understand well all the intricacies of book publishing. Each job is assigned to the freelancers who are most qualified to handle it, from copy editors to designers.

Susan’s knowledge of the book printing industry and her constant insistence on staying informed concerning the latest technologies in paper, printing, and binding, is the motivation in choosing a printer that satisfies the particular specifications of every job.
