Manuscript Requirements for Submission

Please call for a free consultation before sending a manuscript.

1. The subject matter of all manuscripts must be morally acceptable, containing no profanity, or sexually explicit, or pornographic material. Religious topics should be Christian, Trinitarian regarding the Godhead, and accepting the Bible as truly and literally, the inspired Word of God.
2. Please mail hard copies of all manuscripts. Include a matching digital file saved in Microsoft Word with the hard copy.
3. DO NOT E-MAIL FILES.
4. Manuscripts should be between 20 and 300 pages in length, on one-side only of 8 ½ x 11-inch paper, typewritten, and preferably double-spaced.
5. Manuscripts must appear neat and clean.
6. If the book contains graphics, including illustrations, photographs, tables, or charts, these must be labeled clearly and their placement within the book must be accurately described.
7. All submissions must include a completed form. Click here to download form.
8. After receiving your manuscript and the completed submissions form, we will send you an estimate for your project, a schedule for the services we will provide, and any other necessary information.
9. If the estimate is acceptable to you, a contract outlining the agreement will be issued to you. When you return your signed copy to Perez Print Productions along with a check or money order, work on your project will begin.
